1. Who we are
This website (potens.ee) and the products sold on it are operated by Potens Music Production OÜ (registry code 16852975), Soo tn 28-10, 10414 Tallinn, Estonia (“Potens”, “we”, “us”). Contact: contact@potens.ee.
2. Our reseller (Paddle)
Our order process for software (such as audio plugins) is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our software orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to those purchases in addition to these terms.
Where an order on this website is not processed by Paddle (for example some sample-pack orders in our own store), the seller is Potens Music Production OÜ and payment is handled by our payment providers (WooPayments / PayPal).
3. Products
We sell digital products: audio plugins (software), sample packs and presets. All products are delivered digitally by download. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Prices
Prices are shown on the product pages. Any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. Licenses
Software is licensed, not sold. Use of our plugins is governed by our End User License Agreement. Sample packs and presets may be used royalty-free in your own music productions, but may not be resold, redistributed or shared as sounds in their original or substantially similar form.

7. Free offers
We may occasionally offer products for free or at a discount (for example to a limited number of customers). Such offers are limited to the stated quantity and period, one per person, and may be withdrawn at any time.
8. System requirements and support
Each product page lists its system requirements. Please check them before buying. For product and technical support, contact contact@potens.ee.
9. Liability
Our products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or loss of profits arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
